USCIS appointment access: accommodation prerequisites
Qualifications and requirements: Use the appointment accommodation tool when a disability accommodation is needed to participate in a scheduled USCIS interview, biometrics appointment or oath ceremony.
The online tool asks for receipt number, appointment notice and contact information. A request is needed for each appointment requiring accommodation.
Documents to prepare (confirm what is required): Appointment notice; Receipt number if available; A private description of the access barrier and requested accommodation for USCIS
Exceptions and checks: Without a receipt number, use the USCIS Contact Center. A naturalization medical exception from English or civics testing uses a separate N-648 process.
Questions to ask: Is this appointment access or a testing-exception question?; Which scheduled appointment needs accommodation?
Next steps: Use the official tool or Contact Center promptly.; Keep confirmation and check actual arrangements.; Continue following the appointment notice unless USCIS changes it.
Limits: An accommodation request does not establish immigration-benefit eligibility or cancel an appointment. Federal routes apply to all Arkansas counties. Do not upload medical or immigration records to this navigator.
