6-51-402. Instructors.
(a) The course of instruction and training as authorized in this subchapter for the training of plumbers shall provide that the instructor in the courses shall be approved by the training committee and the State Board of Career Education as a qualified instructor.
(b) Training programs may be taught by a master or journeyman plumber.
