5-71-303. Unaffected lawful uses of weapons.
Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to prohibit the training or teaching of the use of a weapon for:
(1) A law enforcement purpose;
(2) Hunting;
(3) Recreation;
(4) Competition; or
(5) Any other lawful use or activity.
