All 75 counties have an ADFA apartment-directory route and a regional homelessness referral transcribed from the state-published map revised June 2, 2026. Apartment lists were posted in December 2024; county energy and weatherization routes retain their separate source dates and program boundaries. These are published referral and directory routes, not verified vacancies, open waiting lists, available funding or 75 shelters. Public housing authority jurisdiction must be confirmed directly; no county assignment is inferred from an office city.
