Purpose
The anonymous community is for general discussion about navigating Arkansas legal systems and finding appropriate resources. It is not a venue for legal representation, emergency reporting, evidence storage, targeted accusations, advertising, or retaliation.
Do not post
- Names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, Social Security numbers, account numbers, payment-card numbers, case numbers, or other direct identifiers.
- Information that identifies a child, abuse survivor, medical patient, juror, protected witness, confidential informant, or person covered by a sealed or confidential matter.
- Threats, encouragement of violence, instructions for evading law enforcement, or content that creates an immediate safety risk.
- Knowingly false factual accusations, harassment, discriminatory abuse, doxxing, stalking, impersonation, or revenge content.
- Confidential documents, discovery, medical records, attorney communications, passwords, access tokens, or copyrighted material you lack permission to share.
- Solicitation, spam, referral kickbacks, fundraising pitches, or advertisements disguised as community help.
Moderation
Posts may be held for review, edited only through automatic privacy redaction, hidden after reports, or permanently deleted. Moderation decisions may be made for safety, privacy, relevance, legal risk, storage limits, or community quality. Publication is not guaranteed.
No professional relationship
A reply, resource link, AI response, moderator action, or community discussion does not create an attorney-client relationship or prove that information is correct. Verify important information with official sources and qualified professionals.
Use at your own risk
Public posts can be copied, indexed, quoted, or screenshotted by others. Automatic redaction and moderation reduce risk but cannot guarantee anonymity. Submit only information you are prepared to make public.
Reports
Use the report button for privacy, safety, or guideline concerns. Do not use reports merely because you disagree with a poster. Emergency reports must go to the appropriate emergency service or government hotline, not this website.
